You could go on vacation and have a great time, but later see photos from your friend’s vacation and find yourself feeling inadequate. Bikes Rides and Healthy Meals


Exercise is not something I’ve ever been good at. I’ve had gym memberships. I’ve taken different classes. I even tried running, but nothing really made me feel good. Then my boyfriend introduced me to his fixed gear bike. It’s been a love/hate relationship ever since.

The rush I get when riding my bike is incredible. I can feel the energy start in my legs and travel through my body. It’s the best form of exercise I’ve ever experienced.

After being out of the habit for a few months now I’ve decided to get back in to the swing of things. I’m making a promise top myself to exercise more and eat better. It’s all up hill from here!
