Bikes Rides and Healthy Meals


Exercise is not something I’ve ever been good at. I’ve had gym memberships. I’ve taken different classes. I even tried running, but nothing really made me feel good. Then my boyfriend introduced me to his fixed gear bike. It’s been a love/hate relationship ever since.

The rush I get when riding my bike is incredible. I can feel the energy start in my legs and travel through my body. It’s the best form of exercise I’ve ever experienced.

After being out of the habit for a few months now I’ve decided to get back in to the swing of things. I’m making a promise top myself to exercise more and eat better. It’s all up hill from here!
